Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Include the RMA number inside the package and clearly write it on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your financial institution.
If the returned item does not meet our return policy criteria, we will notify you and provide the option to have the item shipped back to you at your expense.
